I am a independent music professional(contracting performing, teaching, and writing services). What would be the benefits of registering my professional activities as a Limited Liability Corporation?

I don't see much benefit since your chances of being sued are pretty remote and if, by the longest stretch of the imagination, you were to be, what assets would you stand to lose? Your instruments? Your computer? Copyright protection is another matter, which you can research on your own.
